Overview

This website is operated by Small Crew. Throughout the site, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Small Crew. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Your artwork and intellectual property

By submitting a logo, image or other artwork to us, you represent and warrant that you own it or hold all rights and licenses necessary to reproduce it on merchandise.

You keep ownership of your artwork. You grant us a limited license to reproduce it solely to produce and fulfill your order, and to store it so you can reorder later. We will not sell your artwork or print it for anyone else.

We may refuse or cancel any order whose artwork appears to infringe a third party trademark or copyright, including another company logo, sports team marks and licensed characters. You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from artwork you supplied.

2. Proofs and approval

We email a digital proof before production. Production begins only when you approve it, and the approved proof is what we produce. Please check spelling, colors, size and placement carefully, because approval is final.

3. Products, pricing and volume discounts

Prices are shown in US dollars and include free US shipping. Volume discount codes apply at the quantity thresholds published on our Volume Pricing page, counted across your whole cart.

Prices may change without notice, and we may correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions and cancel affected orders at any time. Garment colors on screen may differ slightly from the printed piece. We may limit or refuse any order.

4. Returns, delivery and cancellation

Because every piece is made to order, returns are governed by our Returns and Refunds policy and delivery timing by our Shipping policy. Both form part of these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You must be the age of majority in your state. You may not use our products for any unlawful purpose, submit false information, or interfere with the security of the site.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service and products are provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including losses from a delivery arriving later than estimated.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Small Crew and its partners from any claim, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or your infringement of the rights of a third party.

8. General

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. These Terms, together with the policies linked from this site, are the entire agreement between us. They are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
