Returns and Refunds

Every Small Crew order is printed or embroidered with your artwork after you approve a proof, so each piece is made specifically for you and cannot be restocked or resold.

That shapes this policy in both directions: we cannot take a custom piece back because it is no longer wanted, and we will not argue with you when the mistake is ours.

We remake or refund, no argument

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and tell us what happened. We will reply with instructions for sending any needed photos:

  • The print or stitching does not match the proof you approved
  • The item is misprinted, crooked, peeling, or otherwise defective
  • You received the wrong item, wrong size, or wrong quantity
  • The order arrived damaged

We remake and reship the affected pieces at no cost, or refund them in full if you would rather not wait. You will not be asked to ship anything back, and you never pay return shipping on our mistake.

What we cannot take back

  • Change of mind. Custom pieces cannot be resold, so we cannot accept a return simply because the order is no longer wanted.
  • A size ordered by mistake. Check the size chart on the product page first. If you are unsure, order one piece, try it on, then order the rest at the same price.
  • Artwork you approved. Once you approve the proof, that is what we print. Check spelling, colors and placement carefully, because the proof is the moment to change anything.
  • Low-resolution artwork you asked us to print anyway. If your logo is too small or too rough to print well, we tell you before production. If you ask us to go ahead regardless, we cannot refund the result.

Cancelling an order

Contact us through our contact form as soon as you can. If production has not started, you get a full refund. Once production has begun we cannot cancel, because your artwork is already on the garments.

Refund timing

Approved refunds return to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post the credit.
