Do you really have no minimum order?
Yes. One shirt is a real order. We print on demand, so there is no box of stock we need you to help clear.
What logo file do you need?
The best one you have. Vector files (SVG, AI, EPS, PDF) are ideal, and a PNG with a transparent background at least 2000 pixels wide works well. If all you have is a screenshot or a photo of your sign, send it anyway. We will tell you honestly whether it will print well before we print it.
Are there setup, screen, or digitizing fees?
No. Not on your first order, and not on embroidery. Many promo companies charge $25 to $75 to digitize a logo for stitching. We do not charge for that.
How much is shipping?
Free on every US order, with no minimum. We ship within the United States only.
How long does it take?
Your proof arrives the same business day. After you approve it, production takes up to 10 business days, then 3-5 business days in transit. Plan on roughly two to three weeks end to end. On a deadline? Ask us before you order.
Can I see it before you print it?
Always. Every order gets a free digital proof showing your logo's size, placement and colors on the actual garment. Ask for as many revisions as you want. Nothing prints until you approve it.
Do I get a discount for ordering more?
Yes, starting at six pieces. See volume pricing. Tiers count total pieces in your cart, so you can mix products to reach one.
Can I mix sizes?
Freely, at no extra charge. Order two smalls, four mediums and one 3XL if that is your crew. 2XL and up cost slightly more because the blank garment costs more.
What if it does not fit?
Check the size chart before ordering, because custom pieces cannot be returned for a size swap. If you are unsure, order one piece, try it on, then order the rest at the same price. That is the real advantage of having no minimum.
What is your return policy?
If we misprinted it, sent the wrong thing, or it arrived damaged or defective, we remake it free or refund it in full, and you never pay return shipping. We cannot take back custom pieces for change of mind or a size ordered by mistake, because they cannot be resold. Full details in Returns and Refunds.
Can I reorder later at the same price?
Yes. We keep your approved artwork on file. Mention that it is a reorder and we skip the proof step. Same price per piece as your first order, whether that is one shirt or thirty.
Can you print my logo on something not listed on the site?
Often, yes. Beanies, tote bags, mugs, jackets and hi-vis are all available even though they are not on the storefront yet. Tell us what you need.
Do I need to own the logo?
Yes. By ordering you confirm you own the artwork or have permission to use it. We cannot print another company's trademark, a sports team's marks, or licensed characters.
Can you invoice us instead?
For large orders, yes. Ask us and we will arrange it. Standard orders are paid at checkout.
