Shipping
Shipping is free on every US order. No minimum, no order too small, no surprise fee at checkout. One shirt for one new hire ships free, same as fifty.
Where we ship
We ship within the United States only. If you are outside the US, contact us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
How long it takes
The production clock starts when you approve your proof, not when you place the order.
- Proof: emailed the same business day we receive your logo.
- Production: up to 10 business days after you approve the proof. Small orders are usually faster.
- Transit: 3-5 business days once it ships.
Plan on roughly two to three weeks end to end. Working to a hard date? Contact us before you order and we will tell you whether it is realistic.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. Large orders sometimes ship in more than one box and can arrive a day or two apart.
If something goes wrong
Carriers occasionally delay or lose a parcel. If your order has not arrived within the window above, use our contact form and we will chase it down or remake the order.
