How It Works
Four steps, and you only do two of them
- Pick your gear and order it. Choose garments and sizes and check out. There is no minimum, and you do not upload anything yet.
- Email us your logo. Reply to your order confirmation with the best logo file you have. PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG, AI and EPS all work. If all you have is a photo of your sign or a screenshot from your website, send that and we will tell you honestly whether it will print well.
- Approve your proof. We email a digital proof the same business day showing exactly how your logo sits on the garment: size, position, colors. Ask for changes as many times as you like. Nothing prints until you approve it.
- We print and ship it. Production takes up to 10 business days after approval, then 3-5 business days in transit. Shipping is free and tracked.
What makes a logo print well
- Ideal: a vector file (SVG, AI, EPS or PDF), or a PNG with a transparent background at least 2000 pixels wide.
- Usually fine: a high-resolution PNG or JPG straight from your designer or sign maker.
- We will warn you first: a logo pulled off Facebook, a screenshot, or anything under roughly 800 pixels wide. You will hear about it before we print, not after.
No usable logo at all? Say so when you order and we will tell you what can be done with what you have.
Printed or stitched?
Tees, hoodies, crewnecks and aprons are printed, which handles detail and color gradients well. Caps and polos are embroidered, which lasts longer and looks sharper on workwear but needs a simpler logo. If your logo has fine detail or many colors we will tell you which method suits it before we start.
Reordering
We keep your approved artwork on file. To add a shirt for a new hire, place the order and mention it is a reorder. No new proof needed, and the price per piece is the same as your first order.
