Free shipping on every US order
No minimum, no order too small, and no surprise fee at checkout. One shirt for one new hire ships free, exactly like an order of fifty.
We ship within the United States only. If you are outside the US, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
How long it takes
There are two stages, and the production clock starts when you approve your proof, not when you place the order:
- Proof: emailed the same business day we receive your logo.
- Production: up to 10 business days after you approve the proof. Small orders are usually faster.
- Transit: 3-5 business days once it ships.
Plan on roughly two to three weeks end to end. We would rather tell you that up front than promise a week and miss it.
Working to a hard date? An opening, a trade show, a tournament? Email us before you order with the date. We will tell you whether it is realistic, and we will turn the order down rather than let you miss it.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. Large orders sometimes travel in more than one box and can arrive a day or two apart, so do not worry if the first box looks short.
If something goes wrong
Carriers occasionally delay or lose a parcel. If your order has not arrived within the window above, email dopamine.deskk@gmail.com and we will chase it down or remake the order. See Returns and Refunds for the rest.
